No refunds - digital product

All our products and services are digital and delivered instantly. Because digital products cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

ISO 27001 Document Pack

The "ISO 27001 Document Pack" is a one-time digital purchase. Because it is delivered instantly as a digital download, it cannot be returned or refunded.

If you experience any technical issue accessing your files, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

When we will refund

We only give refunds in clear error cases, for example:

• a double charge for the same plan or product

If you think there was a payment error, email us at contact@iso27001kit.com within 7 days with your Lemon Squeezy receipt and we will check it.

Cancelling paid access to tools

You can cancel your paid access to the tools at any time from your account page. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period, then your account moves back to review mode. We do not give partial refunds for the remaining time of a paid month or year.
